For Employees: Instant Stress Relief Coaching Programme

This programme is designed for employees that are experiencing an intensive, stressful, or difficult period and need support right now to get out of the stress cycle.  

The programme starts with health and behaviour assesment to identify key concerns. Based on the assessment, proprietary tools and exercises are used to tackle challenging topics that are causing stress or discomfort. Employees will leave each session energised, motivated and with a new perspective, giving them the tools required to tackle challenges on their own. During the programme employee will learn stress management techniques for the future use.

The programme consists of 4 x 60 minutes of individual sessions. Coaching sessions will take place via video conferencing or in person.

For Leadership: Optimised Performance Coaching Programme

This programme is focused on individuals in leadership positions.


The goal of this programme is to optimize performance and create an optimal setting for personal development and growth. The programme starts with health, lifestyle, and behaviour assessment and is tailored based on individual needs and objectives. During the programme, we will work on core aspects of health, well-being, and optimal performance; self-awareness, stress management, sleep and recovery, mindfulness, nutrition, and physical activity. 

Participation in this programme will allow individuals to experience increased productivity, improved resilience, maximised capacity for personal development, while improving overall well-being.

In order to achieve sustainable and lasting results, the programme consists of 8 x 60 minutes of individual sessions. Coaching sessions will take place via video conferencing or in person.

Lecture For Employees: The Science of Stres & Stress Management 

  

We all experience stress in our lives​,​ but do we really know what stress is and how it impacts your body and mind short term and long term? The lecture is a deep dive to the science of stress and stress management​,​ giving participants the knowledge and tools to manage stress better in their daily lives. The lecture covers the following topics:


  • The impact of stress to your body and mind

  • Different forms of stress

  • 3 stages of stress and how to recognize the symptoms

  • Stress management and stress management tools

  • Stress & nervous system

  • How to end the stress response cycle

  • The secret to a well-balanced life

Participants will leave the session inspired, motivated, and with the knowledge and tools to manage stress better in their daily lives.

The length of the lecture is 70 minutes.

This programme consists of a series of online lectures during the lunch break around healthy living, wellbeing, and optimal performance. The lectures cover core concepts of wellbeing; Stress management, Sleep & recovery, Mindfulness & Meditation, Physical activity, and Nutrition. Structure of the lectures:


1. The importance of wellbeing to your body, mind, emotions, and performance

2. The effect of stress in your body & stress management

3. The importance of sleep & recovery to your wellbeing 

4. The impact of mindfulness to your wellbeing and performance 

5. The importance of physical activity to your mental and physical health

6. Eating healthy & how nutrition impacts your wellbeing, energy levels and performance


Participants will leave each session inspired, motivated, and with the knowledge and tools to look after their health and wellbeing on their own.


The programme consists of 6 x 60 min online lectures.
